Woo-hoo this market is throwing some rough trading out there right now. Generally when everything turns to *^%# it's time to take a break. I'm seeing things in the charts that you just don't run across very often, i mean rarely do you see things turn around in the charts so strongly so quickly. I could reach a conclusion that we are about to see a big move in the market. However the big reflation trade that ended in march 09 had characteristics that made getting long difficult and getting short painful. I will continue to keep position size down.

I've been hearing a lot about SYMC being to big to be acquired, that may be true but not why i bought it today. 1) the stock was already setting up for a move, 2) this is the type of event that will get some short covering, 3) it's good news for the entire sector over the longer time, 4) and this isn't an investment for life it's a trade, however once again this is POSITIVE news for the sector

Let me apologize in advance, I bought some X US Steel on the buyout rumor. The story was just too enticing for me to ignore, it most likely is a function of the Potash story yesterday that moved the entire sector.
