zzzzzzzzzzz
Yeah it's boring out on Planet Stock Market today, maybe a small reflexive bounce on Monday or Tuesday.

SYMC
I've been hearing a lot about SYMC being to big to be acquired, that may be true but not why i bought it today. 1) the stock was already setting up for a move, 2) this is the type of event that will get some short covering, 3) it's good news for the entire sector over the longer time, 4) and this isn't an investment for life it's a trade, however once again this is POSITIVE news for the sector
X
Kicking myself pretty hard right now for putting a longer term hold in my trading account should have taken my little profits near the open in US Steel.

X long
Let me apologize in advance, I bought some X US Steel on the buyout rumor. The story was just too enticing for me to ignore, it most likely is a function of the Potash story yesterday that moved the entire sector.
Bought a small position in CRDC not exactly an investment but I'll set a stop around breakeven over the next few days.
More on my Amazon short later.

CREE bouncing
CREE is in the middle of a very constructive bounce, however the market is very bearish.

short NFLX
Short a small piece on NFLX @ 135.95 basing this trade on intraday pattern,,,,looking for a small selloff in the name
Bounce or more
Although we are bouncing I just can't seem to want to participate on the long side with charts blasting primarily bearish patterns if this is the big turn I will miss out on the early gains.
Might want to cover
AMZN time to cover, to avoid larger losses. I think the rally will fail at slightly higher levels but to play it safe.

No clear direction
